Wolfsberg Questionnaire is a product of the Wolfsberg Group. There are two types of the Questionnaire. The Correspondent Banking Due Diligence Questionnaire (aka CBDDQ) and the Financial Crime Compliance Questionnaire (FCCQ). CBDDQ is sometimes called Wolfsberg long, while FCCQ is called Wolfsberg short. Both of these questionnaires serve as a unified way for financial institutions to inform about their AML/KYC/Sanctions/Anti Fraud measures and processes, offered products and ownership. The purpose of the Questionnaire is to simplify obtaining information required for correspondent banking relationship (CBDDQ) or for a regular KYC review – either onboarding or ongoing due diligence (FCCQ).
